How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee applies. At checkout, you can also select from multiple shipping options, including express or expedited shipping, to meet your needs.

How long will my Cuver blanket take to arrive?

We aim to ship your blanket as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your cozy bundle is on its way!

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We want everyone, everywhere to experience Cuver coziness. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, so please check our shipping page for specific details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before the order is shipped, but once it's on its way, we're unable to redirect it.

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

We understand that sometimes shipments can get delayed. If your tracking information shows a delay or if your order hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. If it's been more than 20 days since your order shipped, contact us so we can investigate further. We'll work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We're committed to your complete satisfaction and offer free returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. However, not all items are eligible for return. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, shoe boxes, ribbons and specialty packaging.

4. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

Note: Bundle discounts will be adjusted if a part of the bundle is returned. The remaining items will revert to their current sale price, and the refund will be calculated based on these adjustments.

Example:

  • Purchased a blanket bundle for $100.
  • Returned one blanket, current sale price = $60.
  • Your refund would be $100 - $60 = $40.

What materials are Cuver blankets made from?

Our Cuver blankets are crafted from 100% polyester, a durable and strong synthetic fabric known for its quick-drying properties and ability to retain shape. Each blanket features a super soft and cozy sherpa fleece that wraps you in unmatched comfort, perfect for snuggling.

Are Cuver blankets machine washable?

Yes, your Cuver blanket is easy to care for. Please machine wash it separately on a cold, gentle cycle with a maximum temperature of 30°C (90°F) and a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat, but avoid bleaching, ironing, and dry cleaning to keep your blanket in pristine condition.

What sizes do Cuver blankets come in?

Our Cuver blankets come in a universally cozy size—60" x 80" (152 cm x 203 cm)—designed to ensure that everyone in the family can snuggle up in comfort. This one-size-fits-all approach keeps things simple and ensures maximum coziness for all!
